Our consignment of strawberries for the Sultanate of Oman in November 2013 performed very well with minor problems arising due to unusual high temperature in Feb 2014 accompanied by heavy thunderstorms at times.

An organic farm  manure supplied to a Tunisian farmer was successful in saving time and provided an even manure field cover.

We have had no news about  two asparagus varieties, grown  for the first time in Oman so far. Data will be published in due course.

Potato crop, Spunta grew very well despite late planting producing an equivalent to MT 38/ha. There were no serious pest or disease damage during the entire growing season in Salalah region, Oman.
